Shipping Policy

We work with trusted suppliers to bring you quality pet wellness products at fair prices. Because of this, orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, and delivery times are slightly longer than typical next-day retail — here's what to expect:
- Processing time: orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.
- Estimated delivery: timing varies by product and destination — each product page shows the exact estimate for your country. As a general range across our four main markets (UK, US, Canada, Australia), expect roughly 4 to 24 business days depending on the product and destination.
- Multiple items: if your order contains more than one product, items may ship separately and arrive in different packages, at no extra cost to you.
- Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
- EU orders: applicable VAT is included in the displayed price — no surprise charges on delivery.
- UK orders: UK VAT is charged at checkout in line with current low-value import rules — no separate charge on delivery for most orders.
- Canadian orders: GST/HST (and provincial sales tax where applicable) or customs duties may be collected at checkout or on delivery, depending on order value and courier. These are the customer's responsibility unless we state otherwise.
- Australian orders: GST is generally collected at checkout for low-value imported goods under Australia's GST-on-low-value-imports rules; orders above the relevant threshold may instead incur duties or GST collected on delivery.
- US orders: please note that as of 2025-2026, the previous duty-free allowance for low-value international parcels has been removed. This means US orders may be subject to customs duties or fees collected on delivery, which are the customer's responsibility unless we indicate otherwise at checkout.
